Sculpture Festival 2010

February 1, 2010

Hi all, just a brief post from me today. This Saturday marks the start of the Tucson Sculpture Festival! This festival runs through Saturday, February 13th, and it features work for sale by more than 30 local artists. The festival is free to the public, and will be a great way to explore some of the awesome sculptural and mixed media work that’s out there in our community. The festival is broken up into three different venues:

Sculpture Resource Center
640 N. Stone
Open for the festival from 10am-6pm daily
Opening celebration February 6th, 4pm-midnight featuring a reception, live music, and performance ($3 suggested donation).

Mat Bevel Institute of Kinetic Sculpture
530 N. Stone
Open 2pm-6pm everyday
Bevel Vision February 6th at 7pm

BICAS: Bicycle Inter-Community Art and Salvage
44 West 6th Street
Open 2pm-7pm every day
